RING FORGING
Ring forging & open-die forging
We produce high-strength ring forgings and special forgings for critical oil & gas pipelines. Billets are heated in furnaces and formed on hydraulic forging presses; ring rolling machines shape blanks into precise ring dimensions. Equipment includes hydraulic forging presses, ring rolling mills, heating furnaces, and manipulators for heavy workpieces. This capability supports large-diameter flanges, valve bodies, and custom forgings to ASME, EN, and project specifications.

HEAT TREATMENT
Heat treatment & stress relieving
Controlled heat treatment is essential for flange and valve materials. We use normalizing, quenching, tempering, and stress-relief processes in box and pit furnaces with precise temperature control and recording. This optimizes mechanical properties (strength, toughness) and relieves residual stress from forging and machining, meeting ASTM, EN, and NACE requirements for oil & gas service.

CNC MACHINING
CNC machining & finishing
Precision machining is carried out on vertical lathes, horizontal and vertical machining centers, and boring mills. For flanges we machine faces, bores, bolt circles, and gasket surfaces to tight tolerances; for valves we machine bodies, bonnets, and trim. CNC programs and tool management ensure repeatability and traceability for large batches and one-off orders.

TESTING
NDT & pressure / flow testing
Quality verification includes nondestructive testing (UT, MT, PT as applicable), hydrostatic pressure testing for pressure-containing parts, and flow testing for control valves. Dimensional inspection and material certification are documented for traceability. Our testing equipment and procedures support delivery of fully documented products for EPC and operator projects.
